Service Requests

The easiest was to register a service request is to email:

A service ticket will be created and you will be advised as work on your request progresses. Please put a description of the service request in the subject and relevant detail in the message. 

For an urgent service request please don't hesitate to call the office; and leave a message if the phones are busy so that we can get back to you. You can also call John Kennedy or Alan Baker by mobile phone.

Remote Support

Many issues can be resolved over the Internet by allowing our systems engineers access to your PC, saving time an money by removing the need to travel to your premises.
